Return Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means customer have 15 days after receiving order to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us using the contact form on “contact us” page. It may take up to 3 days for acceptance.

If return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted.

-To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

-All free items must be returned with the original order together.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will pay shipping cost for damage or incorrect items.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refund Policy

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days or by store credit. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

International orders

All international orders are final sale, we do not accept return.

We are not responsible for damaged, miss-delivered, stolen, lost, or seized packages. This is non-negotiable.

Normal estimated delivery time is 1-6 weeks, USPS IPA, First Class International and e-PLUS may take up to 8-40 weeks.

Customers are responsible for paying import duties or tax and any clearance related cost.

Orders that are returned due to unpaid taxation or duties will be assessed a restocking fee of 5% of the product value.

We will not be responsible for the package if it has been stopped by customs. If your customs agency stops the package you may be able to refuse payment of taxation. All returned/refused orders will be assessed a 5% restocking fee. The original postage for a returned order is also deemed used and is non-refundable. All returned packages will only be refunded for product.

There is no free shipping offer to international orders.

Please allow an extra 24-48 hours to process international orders.

All international orders will be shipped by USPS only, Canada may have UPS option.

If there is any discrepancy between the translated versions, the English version shall prevail.
